Three tablets provide you with 10g of selected carbohydrates, so don't forget to combine them with other products from the Enervit Sport line when your physical activity becomes intense and prolonged, to build up your Enervit Nutrition System.
*Thiamine and riboflavin contribute to normal energy metabolism. Pantothenic acid and niacin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
The tablets dissolve slowly in the mouth. Take 3 tablets per hour of sporting activity, up to 12 tablets depending on the intensity and duration of activity.
